Composition: The arrangement of elements in a work of art.
Line: a path created by a point moving in space.
Shape: Ususlly defined by lines, has two dimensions—height and width.
Form: exists in three dimensions, height, width, and depth.
Space: is used to create a feeling of depth. The area around the primary image in the photo is called negative space.
Color:Light reflected off objects. Color has three main characteristics: hue, value, and intensity.
Texture: The surface quality of an object that we sense through touch. Artists use color, line, and shading to show textures.
Value: describes the brightness of color. The intensity of colors create the mood of the photograph.
